FRIZZ:
*HAIR* should never be tamed

A project exploring social issues through the lens of film marketing and branding. Focusing on film adaptations, the objective was to design a set of promotional materials for a hypothetical adaptation of the musical, ‘Hairspray’, set within a more contemporary socio-political context. The aim of the project was to explore how Graphic Communication Design can be utilised to raise awareness of the social issues discussed within the film that remain prevalent within modern society. Designing to drive positive change is a crucial aspect within my practice.
